I know you’ve been hearing about this trip for many months and, well, it’s time. Here’s a peek at the itinerary though I have already gotten word that some changes have been made to the domestic Mongolian air schedules and, as a result, we’re gonna have to wing it a little.
- (May 21) Munich > Cairo
- (May 21-22) Cairo > Beijing
- (May 30-31) Beijing > Ulaanbaatar
- (Jun 1) Ulaanbaatar > Dalanzadgad
- (Jun 1-5) Dalanzadgad > Khongoryn Els > Bayanzag > Dalanzadgad
- (Jun 5) Dalanzadgad > Ulaanbaatar
- (Jun 6-11) Ulaanbaatar > Terelj > Ulaanbaatar
- (June 13) Ulaanbaatar > Moscow
- (June 14) Moscow > Munich
I have one small suitcase and one backpack (filled with 5 cameras) and I’m ready to go. I don’t imagine that there will be too much activity here on 2Bean for the next few weeks but just think of all the goodies to come…
